How does it work?<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3005 alignleft\" src=\"..\/..\/..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/img_0093-300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"224\" height=\"334\" \/>In Thai language it is called <em>nuat phaen boran<\/em>, \u0e19\u0e27\u0e14 \u0e41\u0e1c\u0e19 \u0e42\u0e1a\u0e23\u0e32\u0e13, literally: ancient-style massage. Despite its name, Traditional Thai Massage has its origins in India 2500 years ago, where, according to tradition, it was developed by Shivago Komarpaj, Buddha&#8217;s doctor. That is why Thai massage has a strong influence of Ayurvedic medicine, Buddhist philosophy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and yoga.<\/p>\n<p>It is based on the theory of the vital energy that circulates in the body through <em>sen<\/em> energy lines. Thai Yoga Massage uses pressure in these lines to move the energy that may be stagnating, and thus prevent diseases. It also mobilises the different parts of the body, stretching the muscles as if it were passive yoga.<\/p>\n<p>According to its principles, the physical, energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies are connected. When performing Thai Massage we are working on the physical body, <em>Annamaya Kosha<\/em>, which will have a direct impact on the energetic body,<em> Pranamaya Kosha<\/em>, and indirectly, on all others, having a holistic and global effect.<br \/>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column_inner][\/et_pb_row_inner][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_4&#8243; Shiatsu, while working as a <span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"\"> massage and Shiatsu therapist in different centers of natural therapies in Barcelona.<\/span> <span class=\"\">In 2013 I opened my own center &#8220;AMALUR ZEN ~ Integral Wellness&#8221;, sharing the space with a multidisciplinary team of therapists for almost 5 years.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\">Now you can find me in Vitoria-Gasteiz, offering sessions of <strong>Shiatsu<\/strong>, <strong>Kobido<\/strong>, <strong>Thai Yoga Massage<\/strong>, teaching <a
